Caleb Sequan Williams, born November 18, 2001, is an American football quarterback for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Williams was a highly decorated high school football player, earning Parade All-American honors and being ranked as a five-star recruit by 247Sports. He went on to play college football for the University of Southern California (USC), where he won the prestigious Heisman Trophy in 2022, becoming the first quarterback from USC to do so since Carson Palmer in 2002.

Heisman Victory

In 2022, Williams led USC to a 11-2 record, throwing for 4,537 yards and 42 touchdowns with just five interceptions. He also rushed for 382 yards and 10 touchdowns. Williams' impressive statistics and leadership on the field earned him the Heisman Trophy, which is awarded annually to the nation's most outstanding college football player.

NFL Draft and Chicago Bears
